Habits That Compound
An inch of snow accumulated last night.
But it's not going to compound into more.
Even if it snows again today, that's still accumulation.
Yesterday I wrote about tiny wins that accumulated quickly.
- 10m of walking is 20 miles a month...
- ...but even 20 miles of walking doesn't make me appreciably stronger
It accumulates, but it doesn't compound.
Which has me thinking about habits that compound.
